Cancellations & Refunds

This page gives general information about cancellations, rescheduling, deposits and digital purchases. The terms accepted for a specific booking or order take priority.

Booking confirmation and deposits

A booking may require a deposit or retainer. The amount, payment schedule and whether a payment is refundable will be shown before the booking is confirmed. Work and date reservation may not begin until the required payment is received.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a legal cancellation right applies to a distance contract, the required information will be provided. Different rules may apply once services begin at your request or digital content is supplied with the required acknowledgement.

Cancellation by the client

Please give notice as early as possible. Any refund or remaining balance will depend on the accepted booking terms, the notice given, work already completed, expenses already committed and whether the reserved date can reasonably be rebooked.

Rescheduling

Requests to move a booking are subject to availability. Where possible, payments may be transferred to a replacement date, but additional costs may apply if the location, scope or committed expenses change.

Cancellation by Hill Visuals

If Hill Visuals cannot provide the agreed service and a suitable replacement or rescheduled date cannot be arranged, payments for services not supplied will be refunded, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.

Weather, venues and events outside either party’s control

Motorsport and event work may be affected by weather, venue decisions, event cancellation, safety restrictions or circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control. The booking agreement will explain how postponement, substitution or cancellation is handled.

Digital images and downloads

Digital products are supplied under the licence shown at purchase. Once immediate supply has begun with any legally required consent and acknowledgement, a statutory cancellation right may no longer apply. This does not affect rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.

Requesting a cancellation or refund

Contact support@hillvisuals.com with your name, booking or order reference, the reason for the request and any relevant evidence. Requests will be reviewed against the accepted terms and applicable law.
