These terms govern use of the Hill Visuals website, portfolio, enquiry forms, client galleries and digital content. Separate booking terms, quotations or contracts may also apply to paid services.

Using this website
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, availability or operation. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content or misuse forms and gallery access.
Website information
Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but availability, prices, service descriptions and portfolio content may change. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a booking or service agreement.
Bookings and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant quotation, payment requirements and booking terms have been accepted. Project-specific terms take priority where they conflict with these website terms.
Copyright and permitted use
Unless stated otherwise, photographs, films, graphics, branding, text and website design are owned by or licensed to Hill Visuals. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not copy, publish, sell, edit, remove watermarks from, train systems on, or commercially use content without written permission or an applicable licence.
Client galleries
Private gallery links, passwords and invitations are intended only for authorised recipients. You must not share access beyond the permitted people. Download and usage rights depend on the relevant booking agreement or purchase licence.
Third-party services and links
The website may connect to third-party services such as Stripe, social platforms or hosting providers. Hill Visuals is not responsible for the content or availability of independent third-party websites, and their terms and privacy policies may apply.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Hill Visuals is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, this public website. Liability relating to a paid project is governed by the relevant booking agreement.
Changes and availability
The website or these terms may be changed, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply from their published date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. The courts with legal jurisdiction will deal with disputes that cannot be resolved directly.
